How to make a deposit

Pending deposits

Deposits

Painters visit your store to deliver paint rinse water. The painter scans the QR code, fills out the necessary details, and clicks on "Confirm." You will then need to validate the painter's deposit. To do this, click on the "Deposits" tile, which will take you to your personal deposit records.

Payment

Once it has been confirmed by you, the painter will be able to make the payment. You can see this in your portal, where a screen will display "Waiting for payment". Once the payment is completed, the pending deposit will disappear. However, you can still view the deposit under "All deposits" on the same page.

Acceptation

On the deposits page, you can find all deposits, including the pending ones. These are the deposits that still need to be reviewed. You then verify whether the deposit is correct (right service, correct volume, etc.).

What do I need to do?

1. Deposit Tank

Your store has invested in a deposit tank from Clean Water Global. From now on, painters can drop off their paint wash water, brushes, and rollers at your location.

2. Collecting

Painters collect their paint wash water and/or brushes and rollers and bring them to your store. At the checkout, they will find a QR code from Clean Water Global, which they can scan using the Clean Water Global app .

3. Validating

The painter now indicates in the app what they are bringing and how much. Once confirmed, they will see a "validate" screen. You will then check whether the details (what and how much) match and confirm it in your portal.

4. Disposal certificate

The painter makes the payment. Once the payment is made, you can see it in your portal. The profit margin is automatically credited to you through the portal after the painter's payment. Afterward, the painter will receive the disposal certificate in the app and will also be able to view the invoice.

5. That's it!

The painter deposits the paint wastewater into the deposit tank and cleans their bucket(s). After that, you don't need to do anything else.

*Clean Water Global does not accept solvents.

What's included in the box?

Starter kits

You will receive 8 starter kits for painters that you can distribute. Our recommendation is to give these to more professional painters. They are the true influencers within the painting industry.

Banner

A Clean Water Global banner that you can place in your store. This way, everyone will know that you are helping improve the industry.

Lead generator

Refer large painting companies and earn from it! Referred them? Perfect, for every 10 liters of paint rinse water they bring in, you’ll receive €1. Nice bonus? I think so too!

Disposal contribution

Painters can add a 2% disposal contribution to their quotes for clients. This way, paying the €8 per 10 liters becomes virtually free.

Deposit Tank

Of course, we also provide you with a deposit tank. Painters can pour their paint rinse water into it and rinse their bucket(s) right away.

DIY rinse machine option

If the store also has a rinse machine, the painter can rinse their brushes and rollers in it and take them back immediately.

What's in it for us?

Well... For every 10 liters of paint rinse water, the painter pays you €8. We, on the other hand, charge a €5 processing fee (per 10 liters). This means you make €3 profit per 10 liters of paint rinse water. That's €300 for 1000 liters of paint rinse water!

Flyers

300 flyers to hand out to everyone who's interested. Time to spread the word!

Option DIY Rinse machine

If your store also has a rinse machine, the painter can rinse their brushes and rollers in it and take them back immediately. Ideal, right?!

Painters enter your store and can immediately place their rollers and brushes in the rinse machine. They can turn it on and do their shopping while it runs. After a few minutes, the rollers and brushes are ready, and the painter can take them straight to their next painting job.
